Privacy and cookie policy

The website firetouch.us belongs to Firetouch, a private massage practice (therapist Alla, Tashkent). We are the controller of the data collected on this website.

The website has no forms and no registration. We do not ask for your name, phone number or other personal data through the website.

When you visit pages, technical data is collected automatically:

• IP address and the approximate city derived from it;
• device type, browser, screen size, language and time zone;
• which pages were opened, time spent on them, scrolling and actions on the page;
• where the visitor came from: search engine, ad, link (UTM, gclid, gbraid, yclid tags);
• the fact of tapping the “Call” and “Telegram” buttons;
• an anonymous browser identifier to tell a repeat visit from a new one.

If you call or message us on Telegram yourself, your number and messages are used only to book a session and contact you.

• traffic analysis: how many people visit, where they come from and what they view;
• measuring Google and Yandex ads: which ads lead to calls and messages;
• protecting ads from bots and fraudulent clicks;
• improving the website: what works well and what needs fixing.

For analytics and advertising the website uses:

• Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google LLC) — Google privacy policy;
• Yandex Metrica and Yandex Direct (Yandex LLC) — Yandex privacy policy.

These services receive technical data about the visit and process it under their own rules, including on servers outside Uzbekistan. Yandex Metrica may record on-page actions (Webvisor) in anonymised form.

In addition, data about visits and button taps is processed by our own analytics server. We do not sell data or share it with others for their own purposes.

Cookies are small files the website stores in your browser. Browser local storage (localStorage) works in a similar way.

• Essential — remember the selected website language.
• Analytics — our browser identifier and ad-click tags (kept up to 12 months), Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica cookies (e.g. _ga, _ym_uid).
• Advertising — Google Ads and Yandex Direct cookies (e.g. _gcl_au) to understand which ads worked.

• delete cookies or block them in your browser settings;

The website will keep working, and you can still book by phone or Telegram.

Technical data is kept no longer than needed for the purposes above and no more than 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Only the people who run the website and the ads have access to it.

You can ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent. Message us on Telegram or call — we will reply within a reasonable time. Processing complies with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019.

We may update this page if the set of services or the way data is processed changes. The current version is always here, with the version date shown at the top.
