About the technique

Cupping massage is a technique in which massage cups do the work instead of the palms. Oil is applied to the skin, the cup creates a light vacuum and glides slowly along the muscles of the back, neck and shoulders. Alla adjusts the suction to you and changes it during the session. Marks from the cups may appear afterwards — they fade on their own. Before the first session Alla asks about your health and contraindications. Sessions are for women only.
