The body is covered with thick towels. The flame never meets the skin: cloth always stays between the fire and you. The heat goes inward, the surface stays protected.

Alcohol is poured on the towels and lit. The fire travels on the cloth, the heat sinks into the muscles and lets go of what has been holding the back and shoulders.
