Acupressure is focused finger work on specific points and areas of tension: neck, shoulders, back and feet. No needles and no flame. The pressure builds gradually and is held in the point rather than sliding over the surface. You share how it feels, and the intensity is adjusted immediately. The format is more compact than the others — 45–60 minutes. Sessions are for women only.

How the session works

Request

You name where it pulls: head, neck, shoulders or feet. There are no needles. The session is built around those places, not around the whole body.

Points

Алла finds the active points and holds them with her fingers. The work stays in the point, it does not slide over the surface. Holding matters more than moving.

Pressure

The pressure grows slowly, so the body has time to take it. If a point turns sharp, you say so at once and the force drops.
